OnRez, un viewer customizzato per Second Life

Electric Sheep Company, forse i più grandi builder di Second Life, stanno per rilasciare un viewer Easy-to-Use per SL, OnRez. L'impegno è quello di abbassare la barriera in entrata in SL, ovvero tutte quelle cose che è necessario sapere e saper usare per muoversi in maniera soddifacente in SL, semplificando le cose per i nuovi entrati.

L'esperimento sembra un po' troppo chiuso, il viewer a quanto pare sarà legato a CSI: NY Virtual Experience e rilasciato dal 24 Ottobre ai soli registrati sul sito.

The first customized OnRez viewer will be launched in conjunction with the CSI: NY Virtual Experience following the October 24, 2007 broadcast episode of CBS’ CSI: NY. As part of a cross-platform experience, CSI: NY fans can register for the CSI: NY Virtual Experience on the CBS.com Web site.
